MARTIN OFFIAH

Martin "Chariots" Offiah is an international rugby league legend whose 14 year career saw him score more than 500 tries, but at club and national level, playing most notably for Wigan and Great Britain. Awarded the MBE in 1997, and was awarded an Honorary Fellowship at John Moores University in Liverpool, in recognition of his contribution to the game.
Martin competed in the first series of Strictly Come Dancing, and dancing with Erin Boag, they finished 4th out of eight couples. Martin was then asked back to compete in the 2004 Christmas Special, as well as co-presenting the Strictly African Dancing with Natasha Kaplinsky.
