Interesting fact: Until series 8, in normal competition, Rachel & Vincent had been the only couple to score 10s for their Rumba, and in both their week 9 and series final performances they scored one 9 and three 10s. Although not included in these stats, they also chose to dance the Rumba when they took part in the 2008 Christmas Special, and again scored one 9 and three 10s. They were joined by Kara & Artem, who also scored one 9 and three 10s for their Rumba in the semi-final of series 8.
